Airport days,
handled calmly.

From MCI arrivals to a return drop at the curb, airport rides work best when flight times, bags, and meeting points are agreed before you travel—not guessed at the terminal.

Inquiry only — not a booking until Legend confirms.

01

Flight-aware pickup

Share your airline, flight number, and arrival or departure time. Legend monitors flight status and discusses pickup timing with you.

02

Luggage and passengers first

Say how many people are traveling and what you are carrying: large bags, golf clubs, child seats, or mobility needs. Vehicle fit is confirmed before the ride is set.

03

Meet instructions, not guesses

Curbside means your chauffeur coordinates a pickup at an agreed curb, door, or lot point after you are ready. Meet-and-greet means a planned meeting inside the terminal (often near baggage claim) when that option is arranged for your flight. Which path fits—and the exact spot—is confirmed when you book. Do not assume a door, sign, or wait time until Legend confirms it.

Before you go

A few clear
answers.

Where do we meet?

Pickup location and meeting instructions are agreed when arranging the ride. Do not assume a specific door or baggage-claim sign until confirmed.

What if the flight moves?

Include the flight number so status can be watched. Call or email if the plan changes so pickup can be reviewed.

Can I book a return?

Yes—include the return leg in the same inquiry and ask about availability for both trips.

Curbside or meet-and-greet?

Ask for the option that fits your trip. Curbside is a coordinated outside pickup. Meet-and-greet is an inside meeting point when arranged. Exact instructions are confirmed with your booking—not assumed from this page.

Child seats or special equipment?

Include child-seat needs, mobility equipment, or oversized items in the inquiry so vehicle fit and any equipment can be confirmed before the ride is set.
